Membership: There are two types of memberships available, namely Free Membership and Paid (premium) Membership.

1.1 Free Membership: Under the Free Membership, no charges will be incurred for registration and you can access the designated services and facilities as provided to free members.

1.2 Premium Membership: Under the Premium Membership, you will be charged monthly at the rate agreed upon at the time of registration. Access to additional club services and facilities will be provided to paid members.

Cancellation Policy: Both MKLINK and the member have the right to cancel the membership at any time.

2.1 To cancel the service (both free and paid), registrants must provide written notice to MKLINK via our website, following which, all future charges will be ceased and a confirmation will be sent.

2.2 In the event MKLINK decides to cancel a membership, the registrant will be notified in writing and no future charges will be incurred.

Data Protection and GDPR Compliance:

3.1 In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Any personal data collected during the registration process will be stored and processed lawfully.

3.2 Personal data will be used for the purpose of membership administration, provision of services, and communication of club news and events. It will not be shared with any third parties, unless required by law.

3.3 You have the right to request access to, rectification, or erasure of your personal data at any time. You also have the right to restrict or object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability.
